We are Canadian! No Customs Clearance and/or Duty Charges!
Shipped Orders
Some packages are shipped from Burlington, Ontario, Canada, and other packages are drop shipped from our distributors in California, United States. There are no duty charges and/or customs clearance issues. Prices are in Canadian Dollars.
Costume Orders
Order your Costume as early as possible or pay for express shipping to avoid receiving them late. Most of our costumes are drop shipped from California and is sent through USPS ground. Deliveries of costumes can take anywhere between 8-14 business days to arrive.
Discreet Packaging
All Flirtation Street orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging. The shipping label only states the “Receiver” contact information.
Delivery Times
Please allow 2-4 business days to process and ship your order. Depending on area of residence, you should receive your package within 5-14 business days. All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited service or UPS Standard and come with a tracking number.
We do not ship on the weekends and/or statutory holidays. Most orders placed weekdays before 3 PM EST are processed the same day. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
With Canada Post & UPS, most orders arrive in 5-14 business days. Express shipping is also available for an extra charge. After your order is shipped you will get an email with your tracking number, and you can start tracking your package.
For customers who do not receive mail on a daily basis, we may notify you regarding a shipping fee. This occurs in remote areas and postal codes which may have the number "0" in it. Unfortunately, Canada Post charges a surcharge for deliveries to these areas. We will email you promptly if extra shipping charges apply. Charges may range from $5.00-$20.00.
Please note, packages that are unclaimed or considered "RTS (Return to Sender)" via Canada Post or UPS due to an incomplete address, will be subject to reshipping charge/restocking fee. Please ensure your address is correct before submitting your order. If you notice an error with your address, please notify us via email or phone within 24 hours of placing your order so we can make the necessary changes prior to your package being shipped.
Flirtation Street is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages, or packages not delivered due to complications or errors of any kind by Canada Post or UPS. We are not responsible for fees incurred due to declined or refused orders. Please make sure you provide the correct address and postal code.
