Refund policy
Our return policy is simple and clear:
All Merchandise Returns are accepted for Manufacturer Defects Only.
Manufacture defects must be reported within 5 days of received goods.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any merchandise due to Manufacturer defects.
There are no refunds or exchanges after 30 days from date of purchase.
All merchandise sales are final. Requested items being returned for defects must be in its original condition, unworn and include the original complete packaging including tags and hangers.
We cannot accept returns on lingerie, costumes, panties, stockings, body stockings, pantyhose, eye lashes, pasties, wigs, items which have been worn, stained, laundered, tags removed, or have odour from smoke, body and/or perfume. Returns are accepted for Manufacturing Defects only.
All Merchandise is non-returnable and are considered Final Sale. Please carefully order the correct size and colour. Each product has its own sizing chart on every product page, so please choose your proper fit according to its Brand sizing chart.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Flirtation Street is not responsible for shipping costs incurred to return any merchandise.
No refunds issued unless authorized.
Once your return is received and inspected you will be notified by email receipt of your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon return approval, a refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be forwarded to you.
Request an RMA# via email sales@flirtationstreet.com with the subject "Request RMA#
Include in the email:
- Order Number
- Item number you wish to return
- Exchange or Refund requested
- We will reply with details on how to return the item(s).
